      - Being a family business, the work environment is less "corporate" - Good corporate values which are respected and represented very well throughout the company - Very generous employee oriented events organized every year (Birthday dinner, Christmas dinner) - Competitive end-of-year bonus scheme

      - If relocated from abroad, employees receive limited guidance - Major dispersion regarding salary packages - Sales commissions structure is less competitive
