Being a smaller company you have the ability to be involved in all aspects of business development to include capture, proposals, marketing, etc. There is also the opportunity to learn many different market segments such as DoD, to include all branches of the military, Federal such as VA, USDA, Commerce, State, etc. Fast paced but rewarding. As a small company you wear many hats which can be good or bad.
