Pros
Friendly environment and many opportunity to grow in your position. Management listens to employees and appreciates a decent job. Maybe the best thing is that the company looks into the future and improvement, and isn't afraid of making a change.
Cons
Some procedures are still not up to date and need to reconstruct in a more modern and efficient way. Remote work should be easier and planned better.
