      Such a great group of people to work with. They make it easy to not only do the work each day, but enjoy doing it.

      Pros

      This is by far the most supportive and positive company I've ever worked for. They see you as a person first, and an employee second. The flexibility mixed with the camaraderie amongst my coworkers makes this a truly wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      The only negative is the fact that our team is split up into two offices with different timezones, which can make schedules a little hard to work around.

      Pros

      MKR is a great place to work and has offered the flexibility during COVID that I needed for me and my family. Has invested in trainings to make us all more aware of our bias.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
