      Pros

      Environment, coworkers, flexible work schedule, compensation, it's all good! If you're looking for a fast-paced, growing industry and want to feel rewarded as someone making a difference, MMA is the place to be. They take seriously good care of their employees and I truly feel like a part of a larger family.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      The people are friendly and encourage collaboration. The work is challenging and exciting. I like the company HSA matching.

      Cons

      Sometimes, in an effort to get things done, ideas, project background, and project direction are not communicated well.

      Pros

      Company puts focus on creating an environment that allows creativity & innovation. The team is super smart, fun and dedicated to doing great work. Very democratic -- even big decisions are shared and voted on. Leadership team is really great, always has an open door. The company is growing and has a lot of good work in the pipeline. It's a true meritocracy, where your strengths and abilities are noticed, you are placed where you will have the most success and rewarded for good work.

      Cons

      Recent growth is causing some growing pains, but leadership seems committed to addressing, and has hired well mitigate issues. It's a good problem to have!
