      Pros

      This place really tries. It's not perfect but I've worked at other places that don't even try to do things with a pure heart. It was definitely stuck in the past before, but huge building/technology upgrades happened in the last two years and now I'm part of an amazing team in a great space.

      Cons

      Like all big companies you sometimes feel lost and hunt for some direction to be offered, but here at least no-one is trying to get you in trouble for being a bit lost. It's a lot to take in at the beginning and can easily be overwhelming. Any anger and/or negativity will definitely impact your career here. Comfort comes only when you fully understand all the intricacies of your position, and that took me a couple years to get to.
