      Great place to learn about Pharma

      Pros

      It is a great place to start a career in pharma industry. Many senior people from different expertises that are willing to share their knowledge. They are also encouraging you to get appropriate trainings.

      Cons

      Difficult to have a long term view on career (ie >5 years), but this is structural as MMV is only top 100 employees.
