      Good place to grow if you enjoy ownership and real-world problem solving

      Fast-paced environment with real ownership. Work directly with school clients and get hands-on exposure to ERP, biometric systems, and product delivery. Good learning curve for anyone interested in EdTech and SaaS.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging during peak school seasons. Processes and documentation could be more structured as the company scales.

      I was admin executive and I handled many jobs at the company. Evrything was very good.

      I don't like dogs and they have in office so I quit.
