      Pros

      Helping others is the greatest gift from GOD. Continuing to make a difference in the lives of people with all types of disabilities is very gratifying. Working in a atmosphere with so much care and compassion for all is amazing. Our Executive Director has been a big factor in the growth of this organization!!!!!!!!

      Being that we are non - profit, continuing to find sources to fund our organization can be challenging but not impossible.

      Pros

      Every single staff member is warm, engaging and supportive. Working with this nonprofit has enabled me to help my community in a truly meaningful way. Not only am I able to help others improve their lives, but I receive support from my team and directors that is rare.

      Cons

      Due to extreme budget cuts, funding for the free services offered here has become a serious barrier to serving the community.
