Communication and coordination is sometimes difficult. Because of the long lead times associated with building our products, small issues can get magnified and turn into larger ones when communication breaks down. To some degree, this challenge is a result of our success --- we have continued to grow the number of floats we build while we are building the infrastructure required (documentation, processes, etc) needed to keep the growth moving. In other cases, the isolation of COVID lockdowns has made the communication issues more difficult to overcome.
All our growth has been bootstrapped so far, so in some cases we are short staffed, making it difficult to deliver on time. This is improving, but needs additional focus to allow MRV to grow to the next level.
