      Pros

      MSK offers its employees plenty of opportunity learn and act autonomously in making their own independent decisions. Anyone who has the entrepreneurial spirit can come in and make positive changes. No one is held back.

      Cons

      There is a lot of travel, but with that comes the competitive compensation. Sometimes it’s hard to get things done with the overseas subsidiaries.
