Covid reduced people's desire to engage in person and so many of the events that are the lifeblood of this industry don't happen anymore. Also the product is just a commodity - tough to add value when selling.

There has been rapid growth, which is difficult to manage. Has created some stress among some employees. But these folks really hustle, working hard to make MSP Design Group outstanding. They catching up on things like HR that other companies usually already have dialed in, but I see steady positive progress.
