Pros

The staff here is very senior-level, so you learn a lot by working alongside them. They take time to provide guidance, and the CEO is always offering up webinars and other opportunities to further your education. The teams is also very open and collaborative. I'm always made to feel that they respect my ideas even though these are some of the most creative people I've ever worked with. They're always offering opportunities to add to my responsibilities and build up my experience. They're just good people who are very dedicated to their clients and the company.

Cons

If I had to come up with a con, it's the lack of socializing out of the office. It'd be nice to hang out sometimes after work and talk shop.

Pros

It's an intimate agency, which allows its intelligent, hard working employees to build great relationships within the firm. The work-life balance is better than any other PR firm I know of. The compensation is competitive to global agencies. The leadership team puts in a lot of time and effort to mold growing PR professionals.

Cons

It's a boutique agency, and they started doing this, but maybe invest in more graphic tools. It can be quiet at times but that is usually because everyone is working.
