      MTX Group offer a highly competitive amd rewarding compensation package with benefits like health, learning, and more. The founders have a strong philanthropy focus around developing solutions that help communities and that is definitely evident in the work they are doing. Their philosophy is growing and supporting your employees equals happy employees which equals happy customers. The culture globally and in Australia is incredible, inclusive, supportive, creative and fun. Everyone is a family member and it really does feel like family. They are in scale up mode and are succeeding everywhere, growing exponentially. I am so happy to have moved from an ASX200 company to MTX.
