Pros
I was at MVMNT from the start and it was a hell of a ride. The company adapts to growth and change as they recognize the value of flexibility. The CEO is a genius and is making industry shaking changes. Great salary and good work environment. The staff and coworkers are quite fun to be around as well.
Cons
Startup culture can be shaky if you don't know what to expect. If you aren't open to adapting to sudden changes this might not be the place for you.
