Cons
Being small helps people to take ownership but not able to delegate as much of the workload, and need to wear many hats and take on more roles.
I only worked at MVS Inc. for a short time but thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. I worked with their customer service team to help track orders and communicate with customers/vendors regarding their order status. The company is very organized and everyone genuinely cares about their customers and their responsibilities overall. There is great office morale and many employee perks in the office.
Cons
