      Pros

      You should join this company if you are really interested in its success. If you are involved, loyal and actively contribute to the curve, you will be rewarded very well. But if you are not passionate about the topic, you will have a hard time here. Compared to other startups, I noticed and appreciate MWM actual monetary rewards on a yearly (even 2x year) basis. I've never seen or heard of the same consistent rewards in other startups. + nice stuff like parties, seminars..etc. Very important - positive business outlook, the company is in a positive curve.

      Cons

      Unfortunately some experiences depend on the direct manager. Most of them are very reasonable and helping, but some need to catch up in order to not turn great talent away.

      1. Good benefits and compensation 2. Greate office and atmosphere 3. The product itself is very interesting and creative

      Cons

      1. There is no flexi-time or flexibility in working hours 2. There is a long 2 hour mandatory break (12-14) which makes your work day last from 9 to 18:20h 3. For remote work it is only 1 day per week, and limited to Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
