Pros

The environment is fun and friendly. The owner is very understanding of any personal shortcomings and is willing to work everyone to help them succeed in what they do for the company. Everyone is willing to work together and it makes the day go along easier.

Pros

The opportunity offered is great and you learn how to deal and manage people (team)and watch them grow. A lot of cool perks were offered if you did your job well like sporting events and expensive dinners.

Cons

The commute was pretty rough and driving to the field everyday where you aren't guaranteed a sale and getting paid on them unless services were installed. Pay reports shouldn't be the responsibility of the employees but the company should be handling them and making sure everything is paid on.

Such a great environment, great location, the office is really nice also! The people that work here are driven straightforward hardworking individuals. It definitely rubs off and we all seem to motivate each other by doing so. Great money and lots of travel if you want it. Competitive always !

Cons

It is definitely a competitive environment! We are a giant family but if friendly and intense competition is not your thing this may not be the place for you !
