In the 8 months that our new CEO and COO have been in place, we’ve already seen so many positive changes made company wide. This new leadership has listened to our needs as humans and as employees and it’s evident in the forward-thinking initiatives they’ve implemented. They take constructive feedback seriously and work to make sure their employees are felt heard and taken care of. I feel confident in the future of this company.
