Pros

Unique product and company with a strong vision for being unique in the men’s apparel space. Lots of growth on the horizon which is exciting. This is a company that does right by the employees who earn it. Senior leadership is accessible and easy to talk to.

Cons

COVID has made things tricky with culture and communication but that’s probably everywhere else too.
