Pros

Comprehensive and welcoming onboarding and initial training. Ongoing mentoring and development. Volunteering opportunities and regular social events. Greats perks including travel insurance travel discount and expense paid FAM trip. Flexible working The people are great and the team work makes the working day rewarding and fun.

Cons

Work load during busy travel months can be overwhelming at times. Some procedures are under review which will address this.
