Pros

The company is competitive in their compensation, they offer a great work environment, and they hold regular employee events to build the team environment. The company has grown exponentially so there is always work to be done but if you're not afraid of work there is definitely room for growth. Their design is outstanding and their sample sales are great opportunities to obtain some beautiful pieces that likely I'd never be able to purchase otherwise.

Cons

They don't offer educational reimbursement, their development training is currently limited to certain departments and/or leadership levels, and communication/ updates from senior leaders seems limited to a couple times a years.
