Staff are all very supportive of one another and understand when personal breaks are needed. Meals are sometimes provided and the overall job is pretty manageable when well-staffed. Pay was not bad and the higher ups were usually on site or able to be contacted.
Cons
Some day can be very stressful when patients aren't given clear directions and when work is very understaffed.
Madrona’s vision is really unique and client focused. All staff, including upper management, care deeply for the clients and are all working hard to educate clients on ways to improve their life. The staff is fun and the milieu is pretty mellow. I have found it easy to discuss questions or concerns with upper management and do feel as if I am being heard.
Cons
The schedules can be a bit inconsistent. It is getting better, but there is a lot of back and forth. We have had a lot of employee turnover.
