I’ve worked at Maga Design for about a year. Overall I can say it’s an absolutely great place to work. The most comfortable, eclectic, beautiful work environment I’ve ever had the chance to be a part of, and the people who work here are incredibly friendly, intelligent and creative. Scott Williams (ceo) is a phenomenal leader - he provides an abundance of care, generosity, and support to those who work here - truly the kindest, most innovative and hard working leader a company could ask for :)

Completely shared space, it's hard to find a quiet place to work, cultural learning curve, tough on introverts

Pros

Working at Maga Design was a great experience. All of the people were interesting and engaged in their work. It was a gorgeous office.

Cons

Communication was difficult sometimes and if you didn't have headphones the office was pretty loud. Also some personalities clashed between coworkers.
