Pros
Magnet 360 has a vibrant, fun culture and is made up of hundreds brilliant and talented people. They have a brand new office in Minneapolis that offers some great perks like free snack and beverages, Beer-Thirty on Fridays, employee lunches, gourmet coffee, collaborative work spaces, great sunny views, stand/sit desks. They are also very flexible with working-from-home and working hours. There are expectations of course around location and hours to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients first-and-foremost, but for work-life balance this flexibility is one of the big things that keeps me here.
Their Right-Person-Right-Seat approach allows me to be confident that the team members I'm working with are ready and capable for the job and the management is incredibly supportive and always focused on make sure their employees have what they need to do great work as well as the ability to provide feedback and get problems solved.
Cons
Now that we're owned by a larger offshore company, there are some internal processes that run slower because of the additional red-tape and more complex system that these things need to run through.
