      Pros

      MagnetStreet is wonderful company that supports it's employees and rewards them for the work they do. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and way to improve business. Management supports all employees in what they do. The culture is one of warmth and family like.

      Cons

      Fewer staff members today make the workload heavy for those that are there. Processes need to continue to be streamlined to make things work most efficiently.
