      Flexibility to approach your work and get support from the whole team. Owner is always motivating us to research and learn more.

      Like many startups, projects could change their direction very fast.

      Pros

      -Great NRC office located at UBC -The team members are very supportive. They tried their best to give me all the information I may need, what kind of work style I should expect etc. -I get to learn more programming languages while working.

      Cons

      -There is no team leader and projects are ran separately from one another. -UBC is kinda far to drive to...... T_T
