      Many opportunities to do exciting and unique work all while being able to meet and collaborate with inspiring people in the tech, gaming, and streaming space. MAINGEAR's company culture is a refreshing and healthy environment.

      Cons

      Typical small business struggles - no deal breakers or anything that would discourage anyone from wanting to start a career at MAINGEAR.

      Pros

      Very nice CEO that provides a great work environment for all employees. This company is the real deal. Starting from its clean facility all the way to the impeccable product they put out. The people within the organization are passionate about their products and it clearly shows.

      Cons

      The pay is OK, but not the highest around. If you're looking to join a great team and money isn't your driving factor, then this company is the place for you.

      - they work with your school schedule. -Your literally inside all day in the AC. -one hour lunch breaks. -Desktops for the employees to use to play video games and browse the web online . - the environment is awesome. you can feel all the positive energy just by walking through the door. - management values the employees who put in great work ethics

      Cons

      - industrial area so if you don't pack a lunch you have to drive a few blocks or to the town over to grab a bite. -no health benefits
