I worked at Mainline upon graduating from my HR program and I was pleasantly surprised at how versatile my role was. I was not just handling administrative tasks, I was learning and working with other on the team and given the ability to grow my role. I even received a promotion less than a year in !Everyone there was really nice and it was a very professional atmosphere. It was great to be part of a business that values and recognizes your contributions.

Cons

I really didn't experience anything negative while I worked there. Everyone that I worked with was very professional kind and helpful.

Pros

You will learn a lot from this company and the boss who's run the company for 40+ years. The company has changed since the previous reviews. It's a small company but you'll have a major role in the company. a simpler system that they recently transitioned too. Be prepared to work as a team and manage your time well. It's an ISO certified company for a reason. It's a nice office environment with free coffee/tea and sometimes they have company events like going to Dave and Busters to celebrate 40 years or free lunches.

Cons

It's like any other company. They sometimes ask you to do things outside of your role to widen your knowledge of the company.
