Pros
I have a wonderful boss who is caring and great to work for! I have the flexibility to work remotely. My boss is not a micro manager. I am trusted to do my job and am appreciated for what I bring to the table. I am encouraged to learn more and given tools for growth within the company. I love working for a company that has good values and morals which is reflected in the way they treat all employees as well as the organizations they work with for charity and donations.
Cons
Small company without some benefits that a larger company may have, but small companies have other pros that are worthwhile.
