Pros
The company has had issues in the past but they seem to be turning it around. The team is full of bright, positive people. There is a new focus on customers and on real business performance. The renewed discussions in the press about American manufacturing should help.
Cons
This is definitely a startup so things change all the time. You have to be very flexible and ok with a lot of change.

Maker's Row is comprised of an extremely friendly and diverse team who come from various career backgrounds. What unites them here is the thrill of working at a fast-paced startup and most of all, the mission to build a Made in America community through solving a problem that hasn't been tackled. It's a place where there's ample opportunity to step up and run with creative ideas.
Cons
The company and roles are certainly evolving, so flexibility is key!
