Pros

Smart coworkers and client work that can be rewarding. The brand new office is great and adds a new dimension to the work environment. Lots of new and exciting organizational changes as the agency moves into its next chapter. Growth opportunities for smart people that work hard.

Cons

Growth comes with some ambiguity. While exciting, it can be messy at times. Communication and collaboration across the organization are getting better but still room for improvement. The new office will hopefully help.

Pros

Makovsky has great employees and lots of talent. The practice leads and senior level executives set high standards in a corporate environment. Everyone is very friendly and wants to get to know one another. It is a great place to gain insight and experience in the PR industry. PLUS the new unlimited Paid Time Off policy allows for a great work life balance for all of Makovsky's employees.

Cons

it would be nice to have a some more natural light in the office!

Pros

Really fun people to work with at Makovsky. Have made some of my best friends here. Very lucky to be learning from such smart leaders in the industry. Leadership is making positive strategic changes. Lots of fun events all year, I'm excited for the rooftop summer party too.

Cons

We have lots of free food, would be great to have free instant oatmeal and popcorn in the kitchen too.
