Good for fresh graduates to absorb testing fundamentals, but don't stay for too long

Pros

- Be acquainted with ISTQB's flavour of test concepts, ISO 29119, 25000, and TMMI - Exposure to commercial testing tools to play around (HP, IBM, VSTS)

Cons

- Ridiculous employment contract, with huge penalties if breached - Forget open source tools, they are unreliable (because not procured from Managements' cronies) - Anything not benefitting Managements' cronies will be overruled

- Good place to start career as you will learn from A to Z on software testing - Have opportunity to get the ISTQB certifications

Cons

- Low salary - No career enhancement - Poor management
