Company culture is as good as they can make it given the culture with Amazon to begin with. Danisha is a phenomenal and personable boss. She has an impressive and highly successful career outside of Mamba, and runs her DSP with the same care and drive. Made a good number of friends in the company, some of which I’m still in contact with to this day.

Long hours (a given). Rescue system could be reworked, but not a be all-end all.
