Because this company is still small in size, you have direct access to executive leadership for guidance and help. As an Inside Sales Manager, I have received an invaluable amount of help and guidance directly from our VP of Sales. The team as a whole is forward thinking and energetic about the companies growth and opportunities for success.
Cons
The fact that the company is small, means that there are processes and systems that are still be learning and put into place. For me, I enjoy learning new things every day and this does not pose a concern or stress towards my performance. For someone who wants to come in the door with everything running "flawlessly" this may be something to consider.
I have been with Manage Mobility for years and the company has always been a great place to work and provides opportunities to learn and grow. Recently the company sponsored training in order that I can move into a different role. Additionally, the company brought in new talent in several areas and what a difference they have made in the level of customer service and management. The software products are going through a real transformation with three new releases in the last quarter alone. Also communication has increased with company wide meeting (with hosted lunches) now once a month and updates sent to employees of sales activities and product development.
Cons
I know the company has on boarded over 20 new customer in the last 4 months and hope management continues to hire the caliber of employees we have seen recently.
