      - Small team which expedites growth and ability to lead - Lots of opportunity to try new things - Everyone has a voice, organization is pretty flat

      Cons

      Be prepared to jump into a culture where everyone is extremely supportive and collaborative, but works really hard - which is actually great because we feed off of each other’s energy and focus.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the small start-up feel and culture to the company. The company is extremely transparent, open, and all aligned against the company goals. Every day is a new challenge where everyone collectively from the CEO down, works together to solve issues to drive the company forward. Every day is also a new learning experience, which makes me better at my day to day job, and also overall professionally.
