MMI is a great place to work. The company is always looking for ways to help their employees grow. The company provides training in the position that will help the performance of your desk. MMI is very family orientate, and understands that employees with kids or a family have to sometimes take time with them. Working at MMI is great at cross training. If you start in one position, that does not mean you will stay there. They work off your strengths to find the position that best fits you and the company. MMI also does Team buildings to keep the employees close. MMI picks a charity that we donate/volunteer with every year.
