      Pros

      At Mars one gets an opportunity to learn. Your are allowed to try new things, take on new responsibilities and cross train yourself too. The culture is very informal and we follow an open door policy that is really practiced and appreciated by all. The company cares about its team members and looks after them very well, considering the size of the company

      Cons

      Career progressions are sometimes slower, relatively, as we are a small company with limited units and long staying department heads makes it all the more difficult to inorganically.
