      Pros

      I have found my time at Mass Visions to be very rewarding, due to fully embracing my situation and putting in a lot of hard work. The managerial training program has taught me so much about myself and dealing with other people, and has allowed me to further develop skills such as interviewing, public speaking, and team management. Mass Visions values both personal and professional development of their employees, but the you have to be willing to actually receive the coaching. I understand the perspective of some of the more negative reviews, the program isn’t for everyone, which is ok. However, don’t let someone else’s view of the company deter you from the potential opportunity you have at Mass Visions.

      Cons

      Management puts a lot of responsibility on employees, which can be stressful, but with proper time management everything is manageable.

      Pros

      Training is really effective. They do a really good job at explaining the whys behind everything. The energy in the company is great, and the people that you'll meet you'll instantly form a connection with.

      Cons

      It does take a lot of commitment and hard work, so for those who aren't willing to put the time and effort then it might be challenging. On the other hand, for those who take initiative and are willing to learn will strive in this company.

      Pros

      During my time at Mass Visions, I have experienced growth, both personally and professionally, that I could not receive anywhere else. Employees receive workshops to better their skills which will allow them to advance into a higher level within the organization. My favorite part about working here is the team environment. I go into work every day and not only see my co-workers, but my friends. Everyone is personally invested in bettering each other and creating future business partners.

      Cons

      This opportunity is not for everyone. You need to be hard working and dedicated.
