Pros

We sell an awesome product. Possibilities are endless and creativity is praised. Expectations are high, but the rewards are higher. You run your own business, so you get out what you put in, which I find to be highly important. Doors are always open with management and everyone is willing to help. We collaborate and maintain positive attitudes. If you need a 15 minute break to yourself, you do it and no one will say anything as long as you are doing what you are supposed to do.

Cons

For some a commission only structure can be difficult, especially if you are not a quick learner when it comes to product. This can lead to a long ramp up time.
