      The people are great, and the company-related stress is minimal. Everyone I've met has been friendly.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are less than average for CNO is the only negative I've encountered.

      -Ability to move around programs freely and without question. -People focused company and lots of perks -telework in the intelligence community (which is rare)

      Cons

      -We have yet to see the equity come to be worth something and that is something we would like to see or at least monitor
