Great atmosphere in the company. Management is visible and vocal with employees about company progress. Recently bought by larger company, brought near immediate growth to the company.

Cons

Due to being smaller sized, some pay is not as competitive as it could be.

I have been working for Masy BioServices in the Biorepository Department for the past year and a half. Working at Masy has been an incredible experience and I am grateful to have found a true career path in life. This is a rapidly growing company, filled with the most passionate, hard working group of individuals you could imagine. Extremely supportive Management Team. Everyone helps everyone and has equal respect for one another. Very flexible to encourage work/life balance. Executive Management and Owners prioritize the health and happiness of their employees. Have implemented several creative bonus incentive programs and regularly seeks employee feedback. *Very Happy Employee!
