This company is truly one of a kind in the way they treat employees. The owners are awesome people and they practice what they preach. They look out for employees like family. I had some major family issues and Matrix was so supportive during that time. They understood that I couldn’t work as much and was distracted.

Cons

I am hopeful that the purchase doesn’t change anything
