Pros
Good project, nice people, decent salary, good technology
Cons
Client requires working on too many roles at once (frontend, devops, backend), but this is just the client. Offices can be a bit better equipped, but now with corona it is understandable since most people work from home. No opportunities for advancing into some managerial position, it's an outsourcing company.
