      - Does not judge you based on your qualifications. (They accept diploma holders happily) - Decent pay and yearly increment with bonuses. - Friendly colleagues - Great for starting out, as you either get to explore company projects or attached to another ongoing project.

      - Mainly government projects - Some projects tech stack can be quite old
