Putting people first and developing an awesome culture is part of the company from the top down. I always feel very valued and that I'm truly cared for as a person. There are a lot of opportunities to give input and affect decisions made around the company. Everyone is very transparent and open.
Cons
Since it is a small business there isn't as much upward mobility as you would get in a larger corporation. Which, depending on what you're looking for in your career, isn't a bad thing. Not having layers and layers of management helps communication flow better.
Culture at Mavidea is really great. Not many tech companies can be so fun and so solid in how they do business. The management values customers too and has made hard decisions to always keep the customer's best interests in focus.
Cons
Because the company is small, they often make decisions to be better really quickly, whipping around the focus of the company before you had a good look at what was the last focus. The good thing is Mavidea is always trying to improve.
