Rework of the management system means there no strong management right now. Sometimes you have a manager from a different department stepping in because your manager is busy. Which normally is fine, but it gets confusing when you get 2 different sets of directions and you're not sure who to follow anymore. Looks like a work in progress so hopefully it gets better.
The company lacks in the evaluation of current employees. So unless you actively talk to your manager/the higher ups, it may be difficult for you to get noticed/get that promotion.
The company also has a lot of different projects/clients. It can get confusing. Sometimes it feels like you're working with no end result because you don't know what anything is for.
