I worked for Maximum for two years. In that time I was given freedoms to contribute ideas for writing and offered support so I could develop my ideas further. The senior management were very supportive of me both in work and with some matters I had ongoing in my personal life at that time.

Cons

The work can be demanding at times. A byproduct of working for such an exciting company.
