      Pros

      Great culture that promotes self management. Focus on the quality of the work rather than deadlines. Excellent product team that understands the work and steers requirements. Collaboration and learning at its best. An array of working groups to dive deeper into technical subjects. Regular "Ted Talks" from colleagues (with pizza) sharing their knowledge. Innovation day every quarter. Free drinks and breakfast everyday, and frequent BBQs throughout the year.
