We spend a great deal of time working during our 'busy season' and when you can feel the support from the team and the sense of "we're all in this together, " it makes it all worth it. Mentors regularly talk with staff about their paths and where they would like to grow personally and professionally. They encourage staff to take on new challenges (when they are able) and provide opportunities to work on a variety of engagements, which keeps the work stimulating. The firm is people focused 100% not only with it's staff but for its clients as well.
